Notes regarding membership fees
- Membership fees cover the period until the end of the fiscal year (March 31) regardless of the registration date. Membership fees are not prorated based on the month a member joins.
- Membership fees after the initial ones shall be paid as follows.
- Management and support members: An invoice will be sent by physical mail on April 1.
- Individual members: Instructions for paying membership fees will be send by email on April 1.
Other notes
- You must inform us of any changes to your affiliation.
- When any of your member information changes, send a notice of change form as a Word file to us by email.
